Our Western Red Cedar Venetian blinds use 4 mm thick slats,  whilst most other timber blind manufacturers only use a 2.9 – 3.2 mm thick slat.

A 4mm thick slat improves the ;

• Insulation properties of the blind 
• Quality & appearance of the blind

A thicker slat is also less likely to warp or twist. 

As we are the manufacturer, we ensure the ends of the slats are sanded and rounded off at the ends before they are stained or painted to ensure no moisture seeps in.

Our Venetian blinds are hand graded and hand finished with a quality that is second to none.

They are graded in the following natural tones:

• Light
• Medium
• Dark

Being a natural product, you will notice a variety of natural colours and grains flowing through the slats to make your venetian blind unique.
